John swam on and on. He didn't know what to do,how to act, what to think. All he felt was guilt. He raped Dalton. The man was falling for. He didn't know how he'd ever make it up to the man.

The doctor helped Dalton, doing what he could to save the young man. It was sad really, seeing a man so young experience something like this. Especially if it was someone he trusted.

Dalton stayed unconscious. He dreamt of the rape, replaying in his head over and over. He could believe it...

John came up on land and peeked through the window of the hospital wing. He sighed as he saw Dalton. He damaged him so bad. He could never forgive himself.

After the doctor did all he could, he let Dalton rest and heal up. He didnt know how long the young man would be out or if he would recover from this.

John but his lip and slipped throughout he window, hesitantly standing at his bedside. Tears slipped out of his eyes. He frowned and looked at the beer on his finger. He never cried. Mermaids never cried.

Dalton's body reacted to Johnny being near, but his concious did not. He stayed unconcious, though he dreamt of Johnny. Happy dreams, ones that he knew would never come true. Not after what John did. Not after he hurt him so much.
